Reminded

I am reminded that I am loved
that my soul is beautiful and strong
that I am not alone
I am reminded of the beauty in others
and that I can still recognize beauty
that I am still alive
I am reminded of my voice
that my heart can be open and speak
that I need not fear
I am reminded of my youth
that it has not passed away
that it is always with me
I am reminded of the wonder
the lightening of spirit that others bring
that I can still be enlightened
